Description:
The archetypal Cornalin one of the Valais grape appears here in the 11th Century on. The current name of this grape, which formerly was called Rouge du Pays is due to an almost red-purple stone called Cornaline. This Tonnelier develops a strong taste with aromas of cherries and underbrush with a Hauchvon cloves. The barrel-Vinifi communication highlights the tannins of this drop, despite its weak acid and increases its storage potential significantly.
