Description:
Intense ruby red with garnet red hues. The nose is fruity and spicy stresses; red cherries, cassis, light grassy aromas, moss, new wood and white pepper of Syrah. In the palate, quite full, soft tannins, finely structure with a lot of melting and excellent balance. Aromatic, strong and fiery taste of the post.
Meat dishes and strong pasta and polenta.
